By now you are familiar with Emotional Intelligence and its’ importance in both business and your personal life, but have you ever taken the time to evaluate your own Emotional Intelligence? Do you watch others and try and imitate their best traits while avoiding their mistakes? Do you really know how to apply Emotional Intelligence? This powerful session will shed light on all of these questions and equip you to   start applying Emotional Intelligence from the moment the session ends!

Come dressed to theme for a night of fun, prizes and entertainment as you let your hair down away from work. This Caribbean carnival will be the highlight of your conference as we dance and party till the wee hours.
